Erin Monteverdi is a senior executive and Chief of Staff with a distinguished record leading digital transformation, operational excellence, and value creation across Fortune 500 and private equity-backed healthcare organizations.
In her role at CenExel, Erin will lead strategy planning and execution, establish and run the central Project Management Office, and ensure that key initiatives are communicated and rolled out effectively across our sites. She will also serve as the primary point of contact with BayPine, support M&A integration as the company expands, and partner with the Executive Leadership Team on Board materials and preparation.
With over 30 years spanning Quest Diagnostics and North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), Erin has consistently delivered measurable impact at scale. At NAPA, she served as Senior Director and Chief of Staff, partnering with the CEO, CHRO, and CIO to design a 5-year company strategy and execute over $42M in operational synergies. She built the case for and launched BridgeCare, an AI-powered internal Locums agency that exceeded $7M in revenue while reducing contingent labor costs and improving EBITDA. She also led an $84M total rewards transformation and directed an Enterprise PMO delivering $24M in SG&A savings.
Throughout her career, Erin has been a trusted strategic partner to C-suite leaders — translating vision into execution, building high-performing teams, and creating the systems and partnerships that drive sustainable growth. Her approach sits at the intersection of clinical impact, digital innovation, and financial performance.
She holds an Executive Leadership Certification from Harvard Business School, is Six Sigma Greenbelt and Champion Certified, and is completing her BA in Business Management at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
