A trusted advisor to executive teams and boards, Kristine has led HR functions supporting workforces of more than 4,000 employees, guiding organizations through major acquisitions, rapid expansion, and cultural transformation. Her expertise spans talent strategy, leadership development, workforce optimization, HR operations, compensation and benefits, and service delivery redesign — consistently aligning people strategy with business performance.
Throughout her career, Kristine has delivered measurable impact, including significant reductions in employee turnover, improved recruitment efficiency, and millions in annual cost savings through workforce segmentation, operational redesign, and strategic sourcing. She has also built internal centers of excellence and innovative HR service models that improved employee experience while increasing organizational agility.
Kristine is known for developing high-performing leadership pipelines, strengthening succession planning, and fostering cultures of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Her collaborative approach bridges business strategy with human-centered solutions that drive long-term growth.
She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ramapo College.
